Surfers Paradise will be hosting an extra-special free family event this September, and you and the kids are invited!
Between 29-30 September, Surfers Paradise Foreshore will be taken over for the 2012 Kids Weekend, a two day event of non-stop games, art, music and learning set against the stunning white sand and sparkling surf of Surfers Beach. Over the weekend kids will be able to get up close and personal with snakes, lizards and frogs at a live reptile show, let their artistic side run wild by creating colourful chalk art on the pavement and enjoy live music from popular band Hi-5.
Add fireworks, outdoor cinema screenings, beach volleyball and market stalls to the line-up and this is one fun family event you won’t want to miss!
Most of the action will take place along Surfers Foreshore, while live bands will be taking to Cavill Mall Stage, not far from Surfers Tradewinds Gold Coast family apartments.
