Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in after 14.00

Check out before 10.00

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Yes a valid credit card is required.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes we can arrange after hours check in please call day before to arrange

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Only if the apartments is available

Cost is $25 up to 12.00 noon

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

Credit Card Verification: To check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, the property reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. The full accommodation balance is to be settled upon arrival at Surfers Tradewinds.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Reception is open from 8.30 to 5pm Monday – Friday and 9 -12 Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Anyone wanting to check in outside these times please call and we will be happy to arrange key collection for you.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

We can organise all sorts of theme park tickets at discounted prices as well

We have wireless internet access at Surfers Tradewinds which you can pay by credit card at time of use

We have the pool and spa

Yes we have secure undercover parking available at the property

Q: Is all linen provided?

We provide all linen for the apartment

Beach towels can be hired for $5 per stay

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

When staying for more than 7 nights we will service the apartment every 7 nights

Q: Is the pool heated?

Yes we have a heated pool and spa

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

We are conveniently located 20 walk from both Broadbeach and Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes we are a 5 minute drive to both Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise shops, or a five minute stroll to the local convenience store.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes we are just a short stroll from bus and tram stops.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Located a short stroll from the beach, cascade gardens and a five minute tram ride to Gold Coast Convention Centre and Jupiters Casino

Q: How far away is the race track?

Approx. 10 minute drive.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a Woolworths located a short distance at the Oasis Shopping Centre or in Surfers Paradise.

There are also a few small convenience stores located nearbyand also a Coles Express in the service station a short stroll away.
